C2U Lean Training in Japan in May

Our next Lean Training in Japan takes place 27. May – 4. June 2017

Lean Management Production System covers the overall picture of the production system and builds a better understanding of how Lean can be successfully implemented and sustained.

The week is an intensive combination of seminars, Gemba visits, practical training in one of Toyota’s own training facilities, networking and Japaneses cultural experiences . The aim is to dig deep into WHAT and WHY. What are the elements needed to run a successful Lean system? Learn the original thinking directly from former senior managers from the Toyota Group.


The tour starts in Nagoya and ends in Tokyo. There is a limit to the number of participants – first come, first served. The fee is SEK 65 000 + VAT, incl. airfare.
